The Naval Air Systems Command intends to establish a BOA with Northrop Grumman, Logistics Technology Center, Chesapeake, VA to contract F-14 training system aircraft changes, trainer repairs, enhancement of trainers to prevent obsolescence and/or increase capabilities, software updates and trainer documentation updates. NGC is the sole designer and manufacturer for both the aircraft and the maintenance trainers and currently installs modifications in the aircraft and aircrew and maintenance trainers.
