Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials to remove and replace existing deteriorated roofing on various historic buildings located within Point Reyes National Seashore, Marin County, CA. This project requires the re-roofing of 21 buildings (approximately 23,000 total square feet). Construction materials are of standard grade and availability and defined by the specifications to be provided. Work includes replacement of built-up roofs, wood shake roofs, and asphalt shingle roofs. Buildings are historic structures and require work to be carried out in a sensitive manner, exercising care to prevent damage to the original fabric of the existing structures or to surrounding areas. The estimated price range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Request for Quote is expected to be issued by mid-August with responses due approximately 3 weeks after issuance.
