The work includes replacing three air handling units with new units and providing two new rooftop air handling units. New chilled and heating water supply and return piping will be supplied for all new air handling units. New ductwork will be required. Four conference rooms will be provided with dedicated direct expansion cooling fan coil units. Each room will have a single fan coil matched with dual roof mounted air colled condensing units. A new Direct Digital Control (ddc) system shall be installed to control chillers and air handling units; and incidental related work. Estimated price range: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
