Army National Guard, plans to construct a new Armory at Fort Custer
Training Center, Augusta, MI. The project consists of the construction
of a specially designed armory facility of permanent masonry type
construction with concrete block and brick units, concrete floors and
built up roof, a single story structure with modern plumbing,
mechanical and electrical systems with equipment as well as supporting
facility to include access road, utilities, fencing, walks, and
flagpole. New construction scope is approximately 64,379 SF. The work
will consist of all the site work and site utilities, pavements,
concrete foundations, masonry and steel structures, and fire protection
systems. contractor to furnish all plant,labor, materials, equipment
and supervision required for complete and usable facilities. Project
magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. A firm fixed priced
contract award is anticipated. The contractor will provide all plant,
labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the above
described work. SIC 1542. A $125.00 non-refundable charge is required
per each requested plans and specification. Make check payable to "US
Treasury". Requests must be in writing, no telephone requests. The
solicitation will be issued o/a 30 July 1998; BOD will be o/a 30 days
after issuance of solicitation. You must be registered in the
Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database
prior to being awarded a contract. This is an unrestricted procurement.
