61 -- FURNISH AND INSTALL STANDBY GENERATORS SOL FTC 98-25 DUE 081498 POC Kim Anderson, Procurement Clerk, (912) 261-3631, Kelly Curtin, Contract Specialist, (912) 261-3630 The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) intends to issue a Solicitation to Furnish and Install Three (3) Natural Gas and One (1) Liquid Propane Powered Standy-by Generators with transfer switches at the FLETC, located in Artesia, New Mexico. This installation is to include all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform all work associated with this project, as set forth in the scope of work/specifications. A site visit will be scheduled. The purchase order to follow will incorporate the procedures used under Parts 12 and 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), including the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Acquisition Circular 97-4. Althought this acquisition may exceed the simplified acquisition threshold, it is being procured through the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items under Subpart 13.5 of the FAR.
