SOL OXHSFDX-98-036 DUE 081498 POC Denise Reavis, 202-273-1468 Furnish all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to provide, install, and test complete and fully operational sound reinforcement and video systems in three courtrooms and one control room, in the US District Court in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The audio/visual reinforcement system includes voice reinforcement, assisted listening, recording, phone interface and control system. The courtroom technology includes items like presentation systems infrastructure distribution, switching, controls, and video conferencing. The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of sound reinforcement and video equipment, preparation of operations and maintenance manuals, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair and adjustment of system components to manufacture's specifications. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest-price. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
