The Navy has a requirement for the fabrication of twenty-seven each UEU TPS test equipment cabinets which will be manufactured in accordance with Zero Corporation drawing number 50-53586. The Government will negotiation with one company only, Zero Corporation, 288 Main Street, Monson, Massachusetts. The Government does not own the rights to all drawings/specifications/data. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery is required 14 weeks after contract award, FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN with inspection and acceptance at destination. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
