The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for maintenance work on the asphalt parking lot at the A.W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center, 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. Work will include repair of approximately 8,000 sq. ft. of moderately deteriorated pavement, crack filling approximately 18,000 sq. ft., sealcoating approximately 18,000 sq. yds., and line striping of approximately 325 straight-in and 60 parallel parking stalls. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The anticipated contract performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated price range is under $50,000.
