The Army requires a contract for Replace A/C Equipment & Controls, Building 128, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work primarily consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required in connection with Replace A/C Equipment & Controls. The work includes, but is not limited to Remove and dispose of existing air cooled packaged chiller unit, existing air handling units 1, 2, and 3 and associated chilled & hot water piping and controls as indicated., supply air diffusers & registers, provide and install air cooled packaged chiller unit, new chilled water pump, air handling units 1, 2, and 3 and exhaust fans 1, 2, and 3, chilled & hot water piping & control equipment, return air duct work & connect to existing duct work as indicated, install insulation for duck work, clean existing duct work & grills, reconnect to existing electrical service and provide new electrical service as applicable, commission new temperture controls and test & balance new heating/cooling system, duct work and diffusers in accordance with specifications.
