Method of evaluation and award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. The criteria for award will include price and past performance. Past performanc~e will en~compass such factors as (1) Quality, (2) Timely performance, (3) Effectiveness of management, (4) Compliance with labor standards, and (5) Compliance with safety standards. You may be required to provide references to verify past performance on similar w~ork as described in the solicitation. The Contractor's list will be used for projects costing more than $2,000.00 but less than $100,000.00. Contractors must be capable of providing a payment bond on all awards between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
