This project shall be be to furnish labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to Repair to Backflow Preventers at the Naval Complex, Newport RI. The project consists of a base period plus (2) two options periods with a minimum of $15,000.00. The SIC Code is 1711 and the buisness size standard is 7.0 million dollars. B. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted and is subject to evaluation criteria set forth in DFAR 252.219-7008-Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvanataged Business Concerns, Construction Acquisition Test Program (APR 96). There will be a charge for plans and specifications, however at this time the dollar amount has yet to be established. This Pre-Invitation Notice does not serve as your request for plans and specifications. C.
