The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, transportation, services, and materials to load, haul, and apply sludge. Contractor shall keep all records and have necessary sludge analysis performed, and prepare annual reports required by NC Department of Environment and other agencies. This is a requirements type contract. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) assigned to this acquisition is 4953.
