Government-furnished property, to Dixie harrow and broadcast seed
approximately 3000 acres of BLM land that are located in Sevier and
Wayne Counties. A rubber-tired, four-wheel drive tractor, with a
minimum horsepower of 200, is required to pull the Government-furnished
Dixie harrow (22 feet wide). A government-furnished broadcase-seeder (9
bushel capacity) that hooks into the tractor PTO will be used to
distribute seed. Work consists of harrowing the area twice and
broadcast seed once. The seed to be applied during the second
harrowing. It is important to note that the treatment pattern is
complex with numerous perimeters, islands, travel corridors and leave
areas. Location: Work under this contract is located in Sevier and
Wayne counties, State of Utah. The work site is located approximately
4 miles east of Koosharem, Utah on Awapa Plateau. Posted 06/25/98
