Poling, Contract Specialist, (202) 366-9552 The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal to provide a full range of marketing and communications services to the Office of Planning and Consumer Programs on an ongoing basis. These services shall include research, planning, development, production, outreach, delivery and evaluation for consumer issues and the resultant activities and products. In addition, the contractor shall also provide materials development, conference and exhibit support, conducting or facilitating meetings, or other activities to support the consumer programs and communications projects on an as needed basis. It is contemplated that an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) will be awarded for this effort. A period of performance for twenty-four (24) months is contemplated for this procurement with options for three (3) additional twelve month periods.
