The planned procurement is for a three (3) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract with a Time and Material Line item for Engineering & Technical Field Support. There will be a delivery order for each task. In addition, there will be minimum and maximum quantities and the contract will allow for the acquisition of up to four hundred (400) each AN/ALQ-144A(V)1/3 IRCM OR AN/ALQ-144A(V)5 IRCM sets, and one hundred (100) AN/ALM-178 test sets. The base quantity to be issued with the initial delivery order will be fifty (50) systems. This procurement is a SOLE SOURCE to Sanders, A Lockheed Martin Company to meet the deliverables that are needed within one year ARO. However, other interested sources may submit a proposal and will be considered based on both technical abilities and proposed cost.
