The work includes, but is not restricted to the following: Provide and install: gypsum decking, steel decking, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, roof insulation, exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS), strip shingles, built-up roofing, elastomeric roofing (EPDM), modified bitumen roofing, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) roofing, sheet metal work, caulking and sealant, lath and plaster, gypsum wall board, acoustical ceiling panels, paint, asbestos roofing, PVC piping and electrical conduit and wiring. Demolition of the the above materials. The magnitude of this acquisition is more than $10,000,000. This acquisition is solicited on an unrestricted basis and the SIC is 1761. Work shall be completed within one year after receipt of notice to proceed. There is a $25.00 non-refundable charge for the solicitation package.
