J -- MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR A POLAROID HELIOS LASER IMAGER SOL N0016899RC0XA95 POC Sharon Steiner, Contracting Officer The National Naval Medical Center (NNMC) intends to award a sole source maintenance agreement with Sterling Diagnostic Imaging, Inc for the period 01 Oct 98 thru 30 Sep 99, plus two (2) option years. Equipment is located at NNMC in the Radiology Dept., Bethesda, MD. Agreement to include parts, labor, travel, unlimited service calls and two (2) preventive maintenance inspections.
