The Contractors List will be limited to small business concerns interested in performing building repair and alteration work. This list will be used for projects costing more than $2,000 but less than $100,000. The work will include, but not be limited to: roofing, hvac, fencing, ramps, electrical, plumbing and general construction. Contractors must meet minimum qualification standards regarding experience and past performance and must be capable of providing Payment Bonds for projects over $25,000. Method of evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b), Best Value to the Government. In determining Best Value, quotes will be evaluated based upon price and past performance. Past performance will encompass such factors as (1) Quality; (2) Timely Performance; (3) Effectiveness of management; and (4) Compliance with labor and safety standards. You may be required to provide references to verify past performance on similar work as described in the solicitation.
