The 15th Contracting Squadron requires the following commercial service: C-12 Academic and Simulator Pilot Training, consisting of initial, refresher and instructor pilot training. Prospective offerors must be able to provide a simulator on which to conduct training. This procurement is under Standard Industrial Code 8299. BASIS OF AWARD: A contract will be issued based upon the best value to the Government, considering technical expertise, past performance and price. Proposals must include technical data and past performance on similar projects during the past 3 years, including a description of work, dollar amount, location and point of contact for each project. The resulting contract will include a one-year basic period and four one-year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
