The period of performance for the base year is 01 October 1998 thru 30 Sept. 1999. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, resources necessary to perform mess attendant, cashier, and housekeeping services. The mess services shall maintain cleanliness of dining areas, maintain beverage service, conduct scullery operations, trains and supervises food handlers. As of 31 March 1998 all contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database as a condition of contract award.
