The Government intends to procure software maintenance support services on a sole source basis with Environmental Systems Research Institute, 380 New York Avenue, Redlands, CA. Software maintenance support services includes: 1) Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends and Government holidays, unlimited telephonic technical software support services; 2) software updates which fix known software problems or which enhance the features of software products; 3) 8mm magnet tape or CD ROM software documentation updates which includes the latest software changes or modifications; 4) consultation software support; and 5) procurement of additional software license options. Sole source based upon the proprietary rights held by Environmental Systems Research Institute. Appropriate SIC Code is 7371 ($18.0 mil). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. This procurement shall be awarded on an all or none basis.
