Unisys is the only supplier of these proprietary licenses and upgrades. The estimated period of performance for this support is 01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999. Authority for this sole source procurement is U.S.C. 2304(c) (1). Firms that recognize they can perform the required supply/service described above are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification with supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis.
