Miscellanous Topside and Dockside Repairs for SWOB-11, to be performed at the contractor's plant on the Island of Oahu during the period 01 September 1998 to 13 November 1998. Contractors must have (or be able to execute ) a Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command, U. S. Navy. All responsible MSRA/ABR sources with contractor plant facilities on the Island of Oahu may submit proposal offer which will be considered by the agency.
