E. Warren AFB, WY and involves the renovation of an existing 25,390 square-foot pre-manufactured building. The existing metal building will be divided into two main functional areas. Approximately one-half of the main structure will be used as covered parking and the other half of the structure will be used for office and shop facilities. The work will include limited demolition, and the installation of new over-head doors, restrooms, interior partitions, ceilings, and finishes. The work also includes limited modification of existing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire alarm, fire suppression, and structural systems. Performace period of 150 calendar days is authorized. This project is being considered under performance price trade off (PPT) provisions. Under PPT past performance will be evaluated.
