Request for proposal will be issued on or about 13 July 98. Proposal closing will be on or about 12 Aug 98. Performance period is 150 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
