The work generally includes: the removal and disposal of existing built-up, modified bitumen and polyurethane foam roofing systems, insulation, bituminous and sheet metal flashings, gutter/scupper/conductor head/downspout assemblies, roof drains, wood blocking, and gypsum board roof decking, and the installation of: plywood roof decking, sheathing, wood blocking, base sheets, insulation, bituminous and sheet metal flashings, gutter/scupper/conductor head/downspout assemblies, roof drains, cold applied SBS modified bitumen roofing, cold applied 4-ply built-up roofing, shingle roofing, and spray applied polyurethane foam roofing, painting and incidental related work. Code is 1761, "Special trade contractors primarily engaged in the installation of roofing, siding, and sheet metal work". Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
