Indefinite quantity, requirements, firm fixed price contract to cover the period from September 1, 1998 to August 31, 1999. Deadlines for completion of surveys will typically be two weeks for residential and 5 weeks for farm surveys. Surveyors must be licensed to perform real property surveys in North Carolina prior to award of contract. A-E selection criteria will include (in descending order of importance): 1. Professional qualifications and in-house status of staff assigned to project. 2. Proximity of assigned field survey staff to the anticipated location of properties. 3. Specialized experience in performing real estate surveys, especially rural boundary and wetlands surveys. 4. Capacity to accomplish the work within a minimum timeframe and to handle multiple requests for surveys simultaneously. 5. Past performance on contracts (private and/or government) in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. All responsible sources meeting the licensing requirment described in this notice and who wish to be considered should submit Standard Form 255 (and Standard Form 254 in not already on file with the Contracting Office.)
