The Army requires a contract to install new porches, steps, sidewalks, patio covers, water, sewer, and electrical to four new modular buildings in 600 block of Ft. Stewart, GA. Sidewalk and manhole installation include, but are not limited to, the following: sidewalk approximately 238 ft. of 4 ft. wide by 4" thick concrete, constructed of standard 3000 PSI concrete, no steel reinforcement required; precast concrete 4 ft. diameter manhole, approximately 4-1/2 ft. deep, installed in an existing 12" vitrified clay sanitary sewer line. Work is expected to be completed within 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1542. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for this package and all requests for such should be made in writing to the address above.
