This requirement has been restricted to the 8a firms located within the state of Arizona. Prospective bidders shall be required to provide all materials, labor and equipment to perform bituminous asphalt paving maintenance at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This requirement is for a contract period of one base year with four option years. Issue date is of this solicitation is to be on or about 15 July 1998. The magnitude of this project is estimated to be between $3,000,000 and $4,000,000 for the entire five year contract period. However, budgetary constrains and cuts there are no assurances that funds will be made available for award on the resulting contract. If there is not an adequate response received by quialified 8(a) firms this solicitation will be issued on a full and open, unrestricted basis.
