The General Services Administration (GSA) requires hotel/motel services for an executive training program (Trail Boss) for senior level information technology acquisition, implementation and contracting managers. The following requirements must be met: (1) The location must be within 200 road miles, but no closer than 50 miles of the Washington, DC area. The following facilities and services must be provided within one facility. Estimated Dates: (for Trail Boss -- Session 1) December 6 -- 18, 1998 and May 9 -- 21, 1999; with option for an additional year (on December 5 -- 17, 1999 and May 14 -- 26, 2000) Estimated Dates: (for Trail Boss -- Session 2) March 14-26, 1999 and September 12 -- 24, 1999 with the option for an additional year on March 12 -- 24, 2000 and September 17 -- 29, 2000. The Government reserves the right to accept alternatively proposed dates. Lodging: Forty single rooms for estimated 40 people for 12 nights each session. Meals: Daily meals, banquet style, for estimated 40 people (breakfast, lunch, dinner) each session. Conference Rooms: (1) A conference room for 40 people to be used for plenary sessions, available on a 24-hour basis, (2) Five break-out rooms to accommodate 6 people per room, available on a 24-hour basis, (3) Two multipurpose rooms for use as work and study rooms on a 24-hour basis. Conference support: Multi-conference services such as audiovisual equipment and conference supplies. A Request For Quotes (RFQ) document will be sent to all firms that respond to this announcement. The Government intends to make multiple awards for this requirement. Respondents must indicate if they can provide the services required for one or both of the sessions cited.
