This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #80191, the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #97-04. This solicitation is under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), to include FAR Part 13.6, Test Program, and will be done on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3861, for a small business size is 500 employees. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to purchase a Commercial Off-The-Self multi-sensor camera system for surveillance operations.
