This contract will cover: Building of Customized Case; Skill Building Workshop for ESR/Performance Consultants; Development of Internal Coaches; Skill-Building Workshop for ESR/Learning Consultants (Pilot Sites); Knowledge Building for EES Employees; Knowledge Building for Customers; Development of ESR/Learning Consultant Performance Model; Consultation for transition.
