VAMC Long Beach, West Los Angeles, San Diego and Loma Linda. The VISN 22 forecasts an annual eletricity requirement of 140,000 MWH. This is NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, but a request for information. The purpose of this Request for Information is to obtain information on potential companies that have the capacity, experience, equipment and other necessary resources to provide electrical services.
