This proposed effort is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This will be a 5 year effort. The SIC CODE is 4226. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by FHWA. The ESTIMATED release date of the RFP is late June. Proposals are due 4 weeks after release of the RFP. Submit written requests to the address indicated above and include two (2) self-addressed gummed labels. NO TELEPHONE, FAX or E-MAIL requests will be accepted.
