The primary purpose of this vehicle is fire suppression (building fire compression lines, etc) in swampy, marshy terrain; vehicle must be easily navigable in such low ground pressure locations. Specific requirements: Vehicle must have articulated frame with large, floatation tires and platform of a strength and capacity adequate to transport a 120 gallon water tank and pump.
