Vredenburg for technical and management support services for the research, analyses, engineering, and acquisition activities required to develop, acquire and field submarine communications programs and modifications. R. M. Vrendenburg is the only known source who possesses current and extensive experience in Systems Commands' and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center's acquisition implementation directives and policies, coupled with technical understanding of the various submarine and radio room acquisition programs.
