The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire, on a commercial item basis, mail processing services in San Antonio, TX. The mail processing services will be for customer agencies of a Franchise Business Activity (FBA) San Antonio Cooperative Administration Support Unit (CASU). The resulting simplified acquisition order will provide various consolidated mail functions. The services may include one or more of the following: delivery point barcode, combine and presort of First and Periodic Class Mail, metering of non-qualifying First, Standard, and Periodic Class, certified/registered mail, and First and Periodic Class Bulk Rate Permit mail.
