This software is used for coding and reviewing medical records to determine monetary receipts or payment of claims from external sources. Service includes unlimited workstations interfaced with our medical centers mainframe (DHCP). This software will be installed in both the Lake City and Gainesville facilities. Service are to begin 8/1/98 through 7/31/98 with the option to renew for 4 additional years. See Note 22. (0163)
