The solicitation packages will be available on July 15, 1998 with an anticipated bid opening on or about August 7, 1998. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing Dental Tech services, being professional in nature, as provided in the method as considered normal in the local community. They will be responsible for planning and conducting oral health education programs, prepare patients for procedures, operate radiographic eq. Take, process and mount all radiographic films. Be knowledgeable about restorative, prosthetic, endodontic, periodontic and oral surgical procedures. Services are requested for a six hour session, five days a week. The successful bidder must have necessary training required in a Vo. Tech. School, on the job training under a licensed dentist. The contract period is for one year with two one year options to extend the term of the contract. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation.
