The Contractor shall commence exterior work on July 15, 1998 and complete exterior work no later than August 14, 1998. The contractor shall commence interior work in Phase I area on July 15, 1998 and complete work not later than July 24, 1998 and shall commence work in phase II area on August 4, 1998 and complete work not later than August 14, 1998.The Government intends to acquire this requirement under the authority of 41USC253(c) (1) under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. Any small business source able to provide this service is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days after publication. A Request For Quotation will be issued on or about 15 days from date of this announcement and close 10 days from date of issuance.
