Contractor shall completely prepare site for removal and installation of new asphalt pavement. Work will involve, but not limited to, parking lot entry roads, parking lots, restripping, concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters, landscaping, etc. All work shall be in strict accordance wit hte contract specifications and drawings.
