Z -- STRUCTURAL REPAIRS TO PARKING STRUCTURE BLDG 21 NAVY MEDICAL CENTER SAN DIEGO CA SOL N63387-97-B-5263 DUE 071698 POC Information regarding plans and specification is provided at the end of this announcement The work includes repairs of cracks in post tensioned elevated concrete slabs by flood coating and injection, repair of spalled concrete in concrete slabs-on-grade, repair of joints, re-striping of the affected parking areas, repairs to cribwalls to fill voids, repairs to a concrete drainage swale and incidental related work. The prime contractor shall have experience in the repair of unbonded post-tensioned concrete structures. References are required from at least three projects completed by the prime contractor within the last six years from work of the same or similar nature. This requirement is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. the contract duration ia 190 calendar days from commencement of work.
