Services, nonpersonal, to provide all plant, labor, materials, transportation, supervision, facilities and expertise to construct a new 42,300 SF Vehicle Maintenance Facility and Alter/Repair/Maintain 21,555 SF of existing Building 128 Communications Complex Facility. Work to include, but not be limited to, installing various utility systems (electric, water, compressed air, HVAC, communications) throughout the new facilities, room demolition/remodeling, interior finishing of walls, ceilings and floors of Building 128. Construction/replacement of existing heating/air conditioning system with energy efficient equipment and a complete DDC electronic control system to be interfaced with the base system. All work to be in strict accordance witht he plans and specifications for Project VGLZ979505, "Replace Vehicle Maintenance and Communications Complex", Selfridge Air National Guard Base, Michigan. The estimated magnitude of the proposed construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. There is a $150.00non-refundable charge for plans and specifications. No telephone requests will be accepted. All written requests must be accompanied by check or money order made out to DFAS-DY/AOR. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
