MEDICAL RESEARCH SERVICES The Government intends to negotiate solely with the University of Massachusetts for the procurement of medical research services to be provided to the Management Decision and Research Center at the Boston VA Medical Center. The VA expects to award a contract by September 30, 1998. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competetive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competetive procurement.
