This modification supercedes Amendment No. 1 in its entirety. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions posed as a result of the initial synopsis/solicitation and to incorporate the Statement of Work and Data Requirements Descriptions.
