The US Army TACOM-ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal intends to acquire under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, a limited production effort for the Demolition Munition, Concrete Penetrating, XM150 (PAM) and the Reload Kit, Powder Activated Tool, XM302. This requirement is for a follow-on effort (modification) to the current contract. It is for an estimate quantity of 31 XM150s, an option for 20 XM302s and an option for 30 additional XM150s. The Government intends to utilize Alliant Techsystems Inc. located in Hopkins, MN. This effort is expected to be awarded in 3QFY98. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26. (0161)
