FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a directed sole source procurement to Systems Engineering & Management Company (SEMCO). Under authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the following service: Logistics support of a non-personal nature to the Naval Aviation Depot, North Island, San Diego, CA., for support of the High-Power Device Subsystem (HPDTS), AN/APG 65 Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) program. The AN/APG 65 system is currently being tested on the Radar System Test Set (RSTS), APM-446 automated test equipment. The Naval Aviation Depot is tasked toconsolidate this testing using the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS), USM-636V. the HPDTS is designed to augment the CASS and accommodate this additional testing. Support is required to validate and verify the accuracy and adequacy of the LSA data being delivered. This support requires that the supplier: (a) Have an in-house automated LSA software capability, (b) Software package that match's the governments software (i.e., Systems and Logistics Integration Capability (SLIC) 2B, (c) Current experience with OTPS, LSA and in particular AN/APG 65 system OTPS's, (d) Current and extensive CASS experience. This procurement is considered restricted to small businesses. All responsible sources may submit a request for a copy of the RFQ (Request for Quote).
