Work will include replacement of HVAC equipment, ductwork, ceiling, as well as miscellaneous items for the renovation. The Base Bid will be for the OR work, and the Alternate Bid will be for the OB work. Work to be accomplished at the Lawton PHS Indian Hospital in Lawton, Oklahoma. Award will be made on the total aggregate offer. The purposed contract listed herein is Set-Aside under the Buy Indina Act for firms that are at least 51% Indian- owned, controlled, and operated. Offereors who are not currently certified by IHS or BIA are required to submitproof of ownership and eligibility for Indian Preference under the "Buy Indian" act. Estimated performance period is 270 days. Estimated magnitude is $100,000.00 to $500,000.00 Bonds are required for this project.
