Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for the
following list of items: (1) Pipe fitting, elbow, male, 3/8", 37 degree
flare OD X 1/4" MNPT, 45 degree offset, stainless steel, Aeroquip P/N
259-2023-4-6 or equal, quantity 386 each; (2) Marine hose assembly,
overall length end to end 12 ft. 12 inches, manufactured in accordance
with SAE J1942, consisting of 3/8" ID hose, Gates catalog number 6M2T,
two stainless steel ferrules, Gates catalog Number 4PC1F-M2SS, and two
stainless steel FJIC fittings, Gates catalog number 6-6FJX22. Assembly
shall be proof tested, cleaned, and fittings capped. Hose material
shall not be more than one year old from date of manufacture, quantity
250 each; (3) Same as Item #2 except hose assembly shall be 12 ft. 10
inches long, quantity 250 each; (4) Same as Item #2 except hose
assembly shall be 10 feet long, quantity 250 each; and (5) Fitting,
flare, 3/8" SAE 37 degree (JIC) stainless steel, Aeroquip P/N
250-2041-6-6 or equal, quantity 772 each. Delivery shall be F.O.B.
Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401
Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Delivery shall be 1/3 of
the listed quantities every 60 days until delivery of the complete
quantities. It is intended to award a firm-fixed price purchase order
as a result of this Request For Quotation. All responsible sources may
submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. When
calling, be prepared to state your name, address, and the RFQ number.

is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned, and
Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation
(DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU),
has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance
for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
