The work includes removing the existing fire alarm system from Building 76CC (Telephone Equipment Building) in its entirety. Install new fire alarm system and a dry pipe sprinkler system. Building is a single story with a basement and is approximately 3,000 sq ft. The Quotation Package (RFQ) will be issued Jun 25 1998. The Quotation Due Date is Jul 27 1998. The SIC Code is 1731. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 2. There is a Non-refundbale Charge for Plans and Specifications. Offerors interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this project must submit their request along with a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order or Company Check in the amount of $30.00 to DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING SERVICE (DAPS), 47 CHANDLER STREET, NEWPORT RI 02841-1712. Each check must be made paybale to the US Treasury and annotated with the applicable solicitation number. One set of plans and specifications will be sent via first class mail. Any check received without a solicitation number or not made out to the US Treasury will be returned unprocessed. No CASH, or PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted.
